SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, FREIGHT & DELIVERY

Freight deliveries:
• Are curbside unless otherwise stated
• May require customer assistance
• Require accurate delivery information
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Failed delivery attempts
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Local delivery and pickup policies are governed by our Delivery Policy.
SECTION 6 – INSPECTION REQUIREMENT
Customers must inspect freight deliveries at the time of delivery.
If damage is visible:
• Note it on the delivery receipt
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void replacement eligibility.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved returns may be subject to:
• Restocking fees
• Non-refundable shipping charges
• Return freight costs
