Refund policy
Returns
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery or pickup for eligible items.
Because we sell large furniture pieces that require freight and scheduled delivery, all returns must be approved in advance.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unassembled

The item must be in its original packaging

All hardware and components must be included

You must provide proof of purchase
Items that have been assembled, used, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Restocking
Approved returns are subject to:

A 20% restocking fee

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
If we arranged freight delivery, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Local delivery fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging

Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved
We will evaluate the issue and arrange replacement parts or exchange if applicable.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Assembled furniture

Clearance or sale items

Special order or custom items

Mattresses (for sanitary reasons)

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, it must first qualify under our return policy.
Approved exchanges are subject to restocking fees and applicable shipping charges.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment or delivery scheduling.
Once an item has shipped or delivery has been scheduled, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Restocking fees and original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
